Set up / Iniciación

Walk through, make suggestions, take pictures, get it on the market. There is a setup fee of $100.

Hacemos inspecciones y sugerencias para maximizar su propiedad. La incorporación cuesta $2000 MXN, para tomar fotografías, registrar su inventario, configurarlo en nuestro sistema para ponerlo en el mercado.

Bookings / Reservas

We monitor pricing, occupancy, and make adjustments weekly. When we take bookings, we charge a cleaning fee to the guest. We are readily available day or night, for any issues that might come up.

Monitoreamos los precios y la ocupación y hacemos ajustes semanalmente. Cuando aceptamos reservas, cobramos una tarifa de limpieza al huésped. Estamos disponibles día y noche para cualquier problema que pueda surgir.

Cleaning / Limpieza

After check out, we clean the unit thoroughly, make note of any needed repairs, disinfect and leave it ready for the next guest.

Tras la salida del huesped, limpiamos la unidad a fondo, tomamos nota de cualquier reparación necesaria, la desinfectamos y la dejamos lista para el siguiente huésped.
